Shipping Policy

 

We currently only deliver to UK addresses.

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Commission pieces will take longer as they are made to order. You will be given a personalised timeframe during the finalisation of your commission.

Any orders over £75 will receive Free Shipping

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 2nd Class Royal Mail flat rate shipping to UK only

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

We do not accept returns on commission orders, or personalised items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the order and a photo of the item.
